· Plain water - 250g
· Salt - according to your taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Take 500g Golden Bansi Durum wheat semolina in a glass bowl
2. Dissolve a pinch of salt in a separate bowl with 250g of water
3. Pour the dissolved water with the help of scale into the durum wheat semolina and knead with your hands until it becomes a compact dough

5. Now, take the dough and refresh it with a sprinkle of water and roll it out with a rolling pin till it becomes a thin sheet.
6. Divide the dough into two portions, roll each into thin sheets, and cut them to obtain thin strips according to the length and thickness you desire.
7. Place the pasta on a tray covered with a cloth
8. Add pasta into the boiling water and let it cook for a few minutes.
9. When the pasta turns floating on the water remove it and season.
